I am not about to downplay the world right now but I think its safe to say: we know fire. As the first sign in the zodiac (March 19 through April 20), it’s the start of the Astrological New Year. We should also pay attention to Eclipse Season during this time, which falls from March 25 – April 8 and is bookmarked by the Libra lunar eclipse and the Aries solar eclipse.
Every 30 days or so, the Sun visits a new zodiac sign in a season of astrological energy. Known as a feisty sign (one of three fire signs), when we’re in the season of Aries we can all be a little fiercer and cardinal in our ways. It’s a good time to say what you mean and fight for what you want. After all, there’s more to life than just paying bills and taking care of responsibilities.
Why does Aries Season matter?
Sprung from the dark months of winter and brightened by Daylight Savings, Aries resets the zodiac wheel and offers us all a new beginning.
Just like a Ram, Aries will take the new season (and life!) by the horns and blaze new trails for us all.
In fact, an Aries will traditionally put themselves first, causing us all to feel a bit more selfish during this season. Astrologer, money mentor and mystic Natalia Benson recommends these three practices to ignite your Aries Season power:

This Eclipse Season is important because the axis between Aries and Libra will be ignited, bringing attention to ourselves. But more importantly, expect radical change and life-altering metamorphosis. Understanding how eclipses affect you will help you make the most of their transformative energy. Don’t be surprised if you’re launched into a new direction at work, gravitated toward a new line of thinking or decide to completely reinvent your wardrobe.
Personally, I always look at my birthday as the start of a new year (Feb. 29) but naturally, I never fully start my annual to-do list until late March.
Now is the time to start that thing you’ve been meaning to start, end that toxic situation you’ve been meaning to end and think up new ways to set the trend in your life. I recommend keeping a journal to have a clear record of your before and after Aries Season self.
