If there’s glitter, LED lights and a show-stopping performance, it’s probably the work of a sunny Leo. They aren’t just any performers, either – think Madonna or JLo (both Leos) levels! Every 30 days or so, the Sun visits a new zodiac sign in a season of astrological energy. From July 24-Aug. 23, throngs of people will feel the fixed, fiery energy (one of three fire signs) of Leo burning down that crabby shell from Cancer Season. Emerging from the velvet curtain, we’re all be a little louder, a little bit shinier and a little more regal in our everyday lives during this time. Even in a post-pandemic world.
Why does Leo Season matter? Leos are represented by the lion, the true royalty of the zodiac. During Leo Season, we are kings and queens and we are in charge.
Our unapologetic arrogance – knowing all life depends on the sun and, basically, the world revolves around us – is a little extra right now. Our physical presence and style is fueled with the heat of our royal bodies and pheromones in the air. We hold our heads higher during this time and readily roar our opinions but try to feast on the other side of Leo Season, too, where we lounge around in the glorious sun napping.
During a brief stint dating a Leo I didn’t return his text for about four hours, and when I finally responded, he promptly broke up with me via text for ignoring him. These tendencies to be noticed run strong during this time, so try to check your ego periodically. And if you just can’t, use the energy to positively promote yourself on social media, create a Reel or redesign your company’s logo. Order will be restored as we head into Virgo Season on Aug. 24.
